Rabaki Store is a proudly South African ecommerce business selling branded apparels for the youth. Our store is the sole provider for all branded apparels for “The Adventures of Noko Mashaba”, our best sellers being the “Abashwe” and “Sechupit” t -shirts since November 2016. We strive to expand our borders, delivering our products across the SADC countries soon.

As an online shopping store based in Johannesburg, we offer you 24/7 shopping on www.rabaki.com. Orders paid for on public holidays will be shipped out on the first working day after the public holiday. Rabaki Store will also make announcements to you to inform you of times when you are unable to shop with us.

It is really easy! From your mobile phone or your pc you can navigate around our store. Then simply select the items you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. Some items may require you to select your colour, size and quantity. You will not be able to add the item to cart if not all relevant selection options have been made. Once you have selected the items, you can click the purple cart button on the top right corner that holds your items. You can view the items you have chosen to purchase and click “proceed to checkout”. Be sure to login to your registered customer account to proceed with placing an order. You will be prompted to enter your consumer info, choose your delivery option, order review and you can then choose your preferred payment option (see payment queries for more info). Once you have completed your purchase we will then send you e-mail confirmation with your invoice. We will also keep you informed on the status of your order along the way or you can log in as a registered consumer and view the status of your purchase.

Yes, you need to be a registered customer to place an order on Rabaki Store. This is so that you may view updates based on the order you placed. Go to www.rabaki.com to register. Once registered you will receive an email welcoming you, making our world of online shopping accessible in just few clicks of your finger. Having this registered customer account will help to make your online experience more personal and convenient so that you can view important details on your order. We urge consumers to have a registered consumer account in order to make future purchases easier.

Sure thing! If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgot password? Link on the "sign in" page. We will then email you a link where you can reset a new password. If you cannot access your account even after this process, you will need to contact us and we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Currently, we have a minimum order value of R190 excluding shipping fees when you shop online Rabaki Store.

The newsletters that Rabaki Store sends you comes with the option to unsubscribe for the newsletter. Click on that option and you will not receive future Rabaki Store newsletters anymore.

It’s easy! Simply click on the video tab on the menu bar so that you can be redirected to the video’s page. Once you are on this page, find the video you would like to watch or download by clicking on the title of the video. You can hover your mouse on the purple “PLAY” or “DOWNLOAD” button and press click on your chosen option.

You will only be able to order items that are in stock. If your size is not available, then you will not be able to select that size. However if we find an item is in stock but not suitable for sale, for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you in regards to your order if anything is amiss.

Rabaki Store does our best in trying to keep our stock update. In the event where the stock runs out and you have made an order on it, we will immediately contact you to inform you of a refund or when new stock will arrive.

You can visit us at our office on Floor 6 at 291 Surrey Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg, 2194, Gauteng to view the products before purchasing them or alternatively see your nearest reseller who may have the product on hand.

You can find our size guide for t-shirts on the product’s description. Our size guide may help inform you of how big the t-shirt is and may assist you in buying the correct fit.

You are welcome to contact our dedicated team for assistance using the chat function which is located on the bottom right corner of your screen. The most common reasons for cancelled orders are: 1. The transaction was unsuccessful due to the payment method used (credit card or instant eft). 2. Payment for an order was not received within the 7 days. 3. Customer has requested the cancellation.

Our standard return policy applies, so don’t you worry, we have you covered. Please have a look at our returns policy for more information or contact our customer loyalty team. • Returns and or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of order delivery or customer collection. • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging where applicable. • In the event of a return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the in correct size, the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred. Shipping fees for collection within South Africa are on average R150, re-delivery will be a further R150. • Rabaki Store will calculate the return fee for the customer in each instance where a return is required and valid. • In the event of a return due to a Rabaki fault, Rabaki will cover return shipping fees incurred. • To book in your return please contact support@rabaki.co.za

Rabaki subscribes to the highest security and encryption standards using Payfast which allows our customers to shop with absolute peace of mind! We make sure that once you have made a payment with us, we aim to deliver your order with great care. Upon placing your order on Rabaki Store, you will be required to make a payment on your order within 72 hours of placing your order. This is so that your order remains valid and does not get cancelled.

You have the following different options: 1. You can make an eft/direct deposit using our banking details provided. Be sure to use your order reference number as a payment reference. 2. You can make a debit/credit card payment online or at our office in Randburg.

Rabaki Store accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via Visa and Mastercard only. We make use of the 3d-secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.

This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Rabaki Store’s account, through computer-based systems such as your mobile banking app or ATM. If you select eft, you will receive an invoice via your email. The invoice will have Rabaki Store’s banking details as well as your order number which you must use as a reference when doing the eft payment. All bank deposit eft’s require proof of payment to be sent to info@rabaki.co.za before your order will be processed. If payment does not reflect for an eft transaction we may request proof of payment to be sent before your order is processed. Why should you use the eft option? Eft is convenient in that it is not time consuming and it’s easy to use. Rabaki also creates a safe and trustworthy banking environment for the benefit of the customers and the company

It's really easy. Select the merchandise that you wish to purchase by adding it to your bag. Once you click through to your bag, you can enter your voucher or coupon number into the field provided. Make sure you enter the code exactly right - once you have done so the voucher or coupon terms will automatically be included in your transaction.

Our delivery is calculated based on your location in South Africa and size of your order. Typical delivery charges around main cities: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Polokwane, Durban start at R60. Due to high delivery charges on an order, Rabaki Store offers you a delivery discount so that you get the best value for money when placing orders with a large fee amount. Check out how much you can save when placing an order as a reseller: Get R20 OFF your shipping if your order is above R250. Get R60 OFF your shipping if your order is above R350. Get R100 OFF your shipping if your order is above R550. Get R140 OFF your shipping if your order is above R800. Get R180 OFF your shipping if your order is above R1200. Get R220 OFF your shipping if your order is above R1800. These discounts may be capped on the total amount of the delivery charge in cases where the delivery charge is less than the maximum delivery charge.

You can choose between three delivery options: 1. We can deliver your order through courier which is a door to door option. Choosing this option means we send you your order to your doorstep. Be sure that you have entered a correct home address. 2. You can choose the option to collect your order from our address: • 291 Surrey Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg 2194 3. You are also offered an option to choose Post office delivery. This means that your delivery will arrive at your closest post office for collection. We deliver anywhere in South Africa - to your chosen physical address, or to one of our pick up addresses or through your reseller. We do not yet offer global shipping.

Our delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas. Our speedy drivers will deliver your order during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Rabaki Store wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. You can expect delivery: • Main Centres (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley) within 3 working days. • Regional areas within 5 working days *Please note that if you pay via EFT, we will only process your order once the funds have been transferred, which may take up to 24 hours depending on who you bank with. Orders are packaged for delivery after payment reflects on our system.

Absolutely, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name and working phone number upon checkout.

Our delivery policy states delivery within 3 – 5 working days, and we will move the earth to deliver it as promised. If you have not received it then contact our fabulous Customer Loyalty team and they will help you to locate your order. You are able to track the status of your order using the Order Number sent to you on your registered consumer account. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package gets returned to the courier office which may result in a longer delivery timeframe. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. If you think you will not be available during that time then please give our helpful Customer Loyalty team a call, and they will get in contact with our courier partners to try and help you out. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.

Choosing couriered delivery is a much more secure option for the delivery of your order as you are able to track the whereabouts of your order on its way to you. Whereas, Post office may be less secure as an option for delivery of your order. However, Post Office delivery offers cheaper delivery for your order than couriered delivery.

Post office allows us to send your order to your local post office for collection. This option allows for you to pay less charges on your delivery fee.

When you are placing an order on www.rabaki.com, simply choose the post office delivery option. When selecting the Post Office delivery option, you may be required to state the province you live in, the district that you live in, the local municipality and the Post Office that you would like to collect your order from.

Orders placed for post office delivery will be fulfilled using the post office counter to counter service. Orders are dropped daily (during business days excluding weekends and public holidays) at post office by 2 pm for shipping booking. The delivery times are purely on post office’s time table. The customer bares all risks for delivery delays and product loss suffered because of this delivery option. Rabaki is exempt from any loss or damage resulting from using this delivery method.

Choosing collection of your order means that you can visit Rabaki Store’s office to pick up your order after payment.

Upon creating an order on www.rabaki.com, your check out process will direct you to choose between three delivery options. These options include: Couriered delivery, Collection and Post Office delivery. Simply choose “COLLECTION” when you are making an order. Please note that this means you will have to come to our offices in 291 Surrey Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg 2194 for you to receive your order. Your order will be held at our office until you are available to collect your order from our offices.

Rabaki Store is open on Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 17:00pm. These times exclude public holidays.

Choosing collection does not charge any delivery fee for your order allowing you to maximise your value for money when shopping on Rabaki Store.
